Dear friends, 

More than three years have passed since the Diocesan Assembly, when, in response to the Holy Father’s challenge to “launch into the deep”,  we gathered as the Church of Hallam to renew and deepen our commitment to be disciples of Christ, moving forward in hope to share in his Mission. 

Much has happened throughout the Diocese since the assembly, both in response to the resolutions from the assembly itself and through various other initiatives from national, diocesan, deanery and local levels.  It is time to take stock of how the Gospel has been served since the assembly, to celebrate, and to move forward in hope faith to God’s call. 

Please share with us what you have experienced since the assembly by responding to the attached questionnaire.  (Re-Assembly Survey) If you wish to engage others in making your response, you are welcome to do so.   

As we celebrate the glimpses of the Kingdom evident among us and challenge ourselves to an ever deeper response to God’s call, we are invited, as were the followers of John the Baptist, to “go and tell John what you have seen and heard”!
